money and then ordering something I wouldn't draw, and it's about as big of a hassle as you'd expect.
So for both our sakes, talk to me first.

Be descriptive about what you want! The more vague it is, the more creative license I'll use.
That's not a bad thing, but just keep it in mind! If you're wanting me to draw a character of
your own creation, please give me some reference pictures, or a really good description. It also
helps if you give me some background concerning the character's origin and personality. You
wouldn't want me drawing your cowardly pessimist as a courageous adventurer, would you?

Yes, I can paint animation cels! On the off chance you don't know, this is how old cartoons
were made. The character would be painted onto a transparent cel, and the cel would be
photographed on a painted background. My background are prints, but the cel is really painted!
These look very nice when framed, and it makes for a pretty neat little gift.
"Generic backgrounds" will just be an abstract splash of color, whereas custom backgrounds will
be a proper background for the character to stand in.
As with the digital work, be descriptive about what you want! I'll likely e-mail you some sketches
of what the cel would look like so we can work out what you want. However, once the character has
been transferred to the cel YOU CAN NOT MAKE ANY CHANGES. The reasons for this are pretty obvious;
there's no undo button in real life! Additionally, please be aware that cels are kind of tricky to
paint, so if your desired character is very complex, we may have to compromise. Also, I currently
don't have any neon paint. I may be able to change this in the future, but for now please be aware
that your character won't have any bright neon colors when painted. If you want a good idea of what
the color will look like, look up some 70's and 80's cartoons.
